For this next series of Caravan Of Garbage reviews we’re taking a look at a five classic comic book propeties that were adapted into underperforming or underwhelming movies. This week we’re kicking things off with 1990’s Dick Tracey. Directed by and starring Warren Beatty it takes the pulp detective and pits him in a bizarre comic book page universe.
