After the success of The Dark Knight trilogy Warner Brothers and DC have been on an absolute tear trying to replicate the success of the MCU. Whilst Man Of Steel forged a solid enough foundation things kinda went off the rails from there with the mixed reception of Batman V Superman, the horror that was Justice League and a slate of films that varied wildly in quality with no obvious throughline. That brings us to James Gunn’s Superman 2025, which brings a brand new and at the same time old fashioned take on the character now played by David Corenswet. And all in all people are loving it<\/p>\n
