The character of Tony Stark’s Iron Man played by Robert Downey Jr kicked off what has become the biggest movie franchise of all time with the MCU. Directed by Jon Favreau and produced by Kevin Feige the the first movie managed to capture lightening in a bottle. From there things were a little shaky with Iron Man 2 and 3 but the character himself remained popular though the high points in those films plus apperences in Avengers, Age Of Ultron, Spider-Man Homecoming plus Infinity War and Endgame.
