With James Gunn wrapping up his MCU trilogy and moving on to Superman Legacy and to craft the DCU Guardians Vol 3 feels like the end of an era. With the direction of the Marvel Cinematic Universe up in the air due to on and off screen circumstances it was nice to enjoy a legitimately great comic book movie.
