The follow up to 2019’s Joker might be the best example of completly missing the mark. Opening lower than the likes of Morbius, The Marvels and Black Adam it doesn’t seem to appeak to critics, fans of the original, fans of musicals, fans of Lady Gaga, fans of comic book movies, fans of movies or anybody really.
