This time he tangles with a British guy who’s really a Korean guy, there’s a man with diamonds in his face, Halle Berry makes her first and final apperance as the superspy Jinx, there’s super cars a plenty, ice palaces, sun mirror lasers, horrible CGI windsurfing, electricity suits and it’s all just the worst.
