Like Batman, Sherlock adaptations are always and forever. And now that a new Young Sherlock series has debut in 2026 it’s time to take a look back at the Guy Richie series beginning in 2009. Starring Robert Downey Jr hot off his return to hollywood as Iron Man in 08′ and Jude Law this strips things back to basics whilst modernizing other elements (mostly the punching and hats).
