He-Man is back. Again! And he’s bombing. Again! A franchise reserved for 50 year old men takes another swing at a live action adpation for the first time since Masters of the Universe in 1987. Taking over the role of Prince Adam from Dolph Lundgren is Nicholas Galitzine in an adventure that does a better job at replicating the 1983 animation series and action figure line. Allo your favourites from Eternia are here, Skeletor, Battle Cat, Teela, Man-At-Arms, Trap Jaw, Mossman, Ram-Man, Fisto, Evil-Lyn and more. But like the title says its not doing well at all despite being directed by Travis Knight. I guess you can blame Obsession and Backrooms or maybe a studio for giving a franchise for dead mean 200 million dollars.
